Justin Zhou
Founder and Managing Partner
Born and raised in Queens, New York, Justin lived in NYC his entire life before relocating to Northern Virginia to begin his career as financial and data analyst. Justin graduated from New York University with honors with a degree in Economics with specializations in Computer Science and Mathematics. Spending most of his pre-professional life trying to find his passions and interests, Justin has over 3 years of combined experience in public policy, molecular biology, technology, finance, and commercial real estate prior to becoming an analyst and real estate investor and syndicator, pushing him into the forefront of a multidisciplinary professional intersection.
Justin's passion in real estate began after completing an internship with Project Destined, an international real estate training program where Justin pitched a $5MM multifamily property to a panel of real estate professionals from J.P. Morgan, Madison International Realty, Greystar, and Mack Real Estate, gaining not only underwriting experience but also public speaking and due diligence skills. Between the end of college and the start of his first job, Justin interned at a real estate short term rental start up, where he analyzed properties located in upstate New York and calculated their returns with an Airbnb model.
Josh Ferrari
Real State Advisor and Mentor
Josh is a Multifamily Syndicator based in Alabama and Florida with over 5 years of multifamily investing and management experience. Having successfully raised millions of dollars from various private investors, Josh is the Founder of Ferrari Capital, a $65MM AUM syndication firm with over 850 units spread across the Southeast. As an experienced mentor, Josh has guided Justin through all aspects of syndication from underwriting to due diligence to asset and property management and introduced him into Ferrari Capital's network. Moreover, Josh helps review Snowman's deals and together, which laser focuses on delivering our returns!
